We look for community-minded candidates of good character, who would enjoy the
camaraderie afforded by the Helena Exchange Club.

Prospective members must have a sponsor, whose responsibility it is to identify and
enlist a cosponsor. Any member in good standing may be a sponsor or co-sponsor.

Candidate attends as our guests two regularly scheduled lunch meetings where they
are introduced to the membership by their sponsor or co-sponsor. After the meetings,
if the candidate continues to be interested in the Club, they will be given a membership
proposal form. The completed, signed forms are returned to the Club Secretary, who
submits them to the Board of Directors for approval.

New Members  initial dues of $165.00. is due with Application.  This covers the first 3 months membership dues and Initiation Fees.
